1. What is the timeframe to return an item?

    According to Kuwait’s consumer law and our policy, the timeframe for a refund of any item is 14 days. If the purchase of the return item is longer than14 days, then unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  2. Can I return an item that was on sale?
    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale  cannot be refunded.

    Yes we do ! However, the shipping time will vary depending on where you live

    You will receive your online order on the same day.

    You will receive an email on the given email ID that you have put in customer information.

    We use our own delivery in Kuwait. However, for our international shipping we use DHL service.

  10. Can I pay Cash on Delivery? 

    Unfortunately, we do not offer Cash on Delivery service for online orders.

  11. How do I check my order’s price in my country’s currency? 

    When you clique on ‘Complete Your Order,’ you will be directed to the payment gateway. You will then see an arrow beside the orders amount, clique on that arrow and you will see different countries on the side. Choose your preferred country to see the amount in the currency you wish to know.
